I have been coding for nearly 10 years now, of which the last 5 years have been web development and I have enjoyed every minute of it! I have a healthy mix of creative and analytical energy and web development allows me to use both of these.
I love bringing designs and ideas to life (I spent a lot of time with legos as a child). I take pride in my abilities to think outside of the box and challenge the norm.
I have strong organizational skills and with that comes the ability to juggle many tasks while still providing great results.
I am an adopter of the KISS principle and have found that complexity is often a product of unclear requirements. I have great communication skills and am able to serve as that person who translates business and tech talk.
JAM stack believer and enthusiast. With the decentralization of technologies and micro-services becoming more prevalent JAM stack has emerged as a new way of thinking about the workflow of web development.
I love learning new things and solving problems! I enjoy spending time on websites such as HackerRank to test and hone my problem solving skills.
Flipit is a virtual coin toss that can help make your decisions or settle your ties or arguments. Can flip a coin by yourself or create a room and invite someone to join. It uses web sockets so both parties get to witness the coin toss together.
Lightweight application demonstrating JSON web token (JWT) authentication process. Uses React and Material UI for the view and a Node server to sign out JWTs. Includes Cypress with examples testing login and registration processes.
Pick-a-paw is a simple single page application that is all about dog breeds. Perfect for getting a quick glimpse over what breeds might be perfect for you. Uses React and Material UI, data is provided by TheDogAPI.
Project that serves as a scaffolding for any web application looking to use Angular along with Firebase. Simply clone the repo, plug in your Firebase configuration into index.html and you are ready to start coding.
This is a passion project of mine which is still under development. It is an online browser card game built using React, Phaser, Socket.IO, and Node. Hoping to have a playable alpha by mid 2021.
Codepen is a sandbox development environment that allows web developers and designers to quickly create proof of concepts and just play around with ideas. I enjoy spending time on here creating random little widgets and things.
